NeoStrata, a Johnson & Johnson Company is recruiting for a Global Franchise Manager, Exuviance Brand to be located in Skillman, NJ
NeoStrata Company, Inc., is a global leader in Specialty Beauty with professionally-endorsed brands including NeoStrata®, Exuviance® and CoverBlend®. We develop and market innovative antiaging skincare solutions that incorporate our company’s proprietary ingredient technologies including the breakthrough bionic acids, Aminofil, and NeoGlucosamine.
The incumbent will be responsible for shaping and executing the modernized pipeline for Exuviance® brand. This will include partnering cross-functionally and globally to shape groundbreaking ways to build the Pipeline, challenging processes and timelines, and finding innovative new ways to execute in market and outpace the competition.
This person will demonstrate a natural ability to identify innovative ways to bring emerging trends to Exuviance® brand, challenge processes to influence partners, and enlist support to break down barriers. They will work in collaboration and partnership with several stakeholders, as the most effective way to drive teams toward results. Specifically, you will:
Lead development and execution of brand plans to meet the business needs and expectations including monitoring market dynamics to develop and/or change strategic and tactical marketing plans.
Review current and future forecast for the brand as well as budgets to ensure plans can be executed and financial targets delivered
Partner with the advertising and media agency to develop communication plans and advertising to maximize business results; Monitoring advertising performance to optimize return on investment
Lead the commercialization and in-market execution of product launches including partnering with sales management to plan and execute retail programs
Collaborate with x-functional teams that may include Sales, Market Research, Design, Packaging, Finance to develop and manage marketing objectives, goals and strategies
Partner with X-functional team to identify continuous portfolio improvements (SKU & portfolio optimization, sustainability, COGS improvements)
Maintain knowledge of current consumer, category and competitive trends to shape innovation pipeline and global activation strategies.
We require a minimum of 6 years of marketing experience
A bachelor’s degree is required
MBA is preferred but not required
Preferably you have already worked in Beauty and in a consumer packaged goods organization, but not required
You have experience working in a global organization and collaborating with regional groups
You have developed a track record of leadership as a strong marketer including experience setting a vision, developing and implementing successful business strategies, identifying white space opportunities, crafting innovation, and the ability to translate consumer insights into new product and/or claims
Experience with digital marketing, consumer testing and consumer acquisition strategies
You have superior collaboration, influence, and negotiation skills
You are able to demonstrate financial acumen in making effective business decisions
Analytical capability and track record of driving business results
You have written and spoken communication skills
