The Revenue Reconciliation Analyst is responsible for supporting and improving Revenue processes from order entry to cash collection. In this role, the Revenue Reconciliation Analyst will be accountable for the investigation, analysis and timely resolutions on Revenue claims and disputes. The Revenue Reconciliation Analyst will perform root cause analysis on revenue issues and raise to Revenue, Reverse Logistics COE and Customer Receivables management and additional business partners as appropriate. Revenue Reconciliation Analyst will lead and participate on projects/initiatives to improve cash flow, reduce deductions, and streamline manual processes. Revenue Reconciliation Analyst will utilize process excellence tools & technology to identify account revenue trends and partner internally & externally to resolve. Implement process improvements through cross functional collaboration to drive achievement of organizational metrics and individual account goals. Lead and balance key business relationships with passion and understanding of customer expectations and internal policies/requirements.

Key Responsibilities: • Proactively manage deductions/disputes to meet metrics & goals through investigation with logistics, sales, finance and other key stakeholders • Gain in-depth knowledge of our customer business practices and internal polices/requirements • Lead and direct requests and inquiries from internal & external business partners • Develop competency in business applications such as: SAP, Business Warehouse, TrackWise and external vendor portals • Learn and utilize new technology to drive root cause analysis and problem resolution relating to individual/team metrics • Key Performance Indicators for this role include monthly open deduction dollars, incoming and aged deduction resolution • Identify, analyze, and implement financial savings opportunities while collaborating with internal and external business partners • Identify and implement innovative solutions through the use of process excellence tools, methodologies and technology • Drive process improvements that impact deduction management and dashboard measures • Participate and lead customer specific initiatives and OGSM tactics • Prepare and effectively present information in various settings and across organizational levels • Complete other process and project activities as assigned


• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree is required (Business, Finance or Supply Chain preferred) • Minimum 2+ Years Work Experience is required

Skills Required: • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills • Strong collaboration skills and able to influence without authority • Mastering Complexity / Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving • Customer Relationship Management Skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently • Strong Computer Proficiency (primarily Microsoft Office Applications such as: Excel, Work and PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills: • Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills (e.g. pivot tables, formulas, macros and etc.) • Project Management • Working Knowledge of SAP and Visualization programs (e.g. Tableau, Power BI and etc.) • Finance knowledge and/or work experience preferred in any of the following areas: accounts receivable, deduction management, or collections • Experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain related fields of Order Management, Reverse Distribution/Logistics, and/or Distribution • Knowledge of SOX, GCC and/or GMP requirements • LEAN/Process Excellence Knowledge • Experience in the Pharmaceutical sector

Other: • Ability to Travel up to 15%
