Oracle Senior Resource Lead- Strategic Messaging Services, Austin, TX in Stamford, Connecticut
Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.
As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Acts as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Oracle solutions. Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products. Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships.
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience. 5 years relevant computer applications or database/tools. Demonstrated proficiency in one multi-user operating system. Through knowledge of system and application design. Strong verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments. Ability to travel as needed. BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

The Resource Lead is a highly collaborative role within our Experience Group. The Resource Lead is one part process excellence and two parts creative collaboration. You will work alongside managers, creative leads, content strategists, messaging strategists, and producers to maximize creative talent and facilitate their impact — comfortable creating and managing forecasts and sharing and guiding leaders through our status. You have an excellent understanding and empathy for the creative process, with a deep investment in business priorities. You thrive at being at the center of solving problems and supporting people and their teams. You have your pulse on the workflow, capacity, and needs of our team daily.
This position is currently virtual due to COVID but will be Austin Texas Hub based once new guidelines and policies are in place.
Works with producers and creative directors to assess talent needs acts as a point of contact to book and confirm talent.
Ability to recognize internal creative needs or project risks
Readily matches team members against projects
Manage and resolves resource booking conflicts
Maintains and develops weekly forecasting reports to present to leadership
Monitor day-to-day project activities, check with creative teams, and identify potential instances of over and underutilization, working with managers to address and solve those issues.

3-5 years of experience
Experience working in a highly creative and collaborative environment
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to create and maintain schedules and projections
Love solving problems and helping to create healthier systems
Comfortable generating reports and projections
