Analyst, Product Operations

How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:

The Analyst, Product Operations is responsible for managing all aspects of the Data Integrity, PLM Upload, Patent identification and Digital Product/Box Labels processes within the Product Creation teams for Timberland Footwear. Additionally, this position provides support to the Product Creation team to maximize efficiency in the GTM process.

How you will do it:

  • Maintain and manage the daily activities to ensure product data integrity. Thoroughly communicate necessary details and provide training to teams globally to achieve calendar milestone objectives. Liaise with product teams (Design, Product Development, Global Merchandising and Product Management), Regional Merchandising, Global Brand and downstream recipients to ensure data is accurate to achieve success (e.g., Box Label data and imagery, all PLM attribute data for digital use and Color evaluation process).

  • Maintain and manage the daily activities for all uploads to PLM, including Units, Pricing and Imagery. Thoroughly communicate necessary details to teams to achieve calendar milestone objectives. Liaise with regional stakeholders and product teams to ensure data is received and uploaded accurately.

  • Support Product Creation teams in managing the GTM process. Provide automated tools to drive greater efficiency. Monitor and communicate necessary changes to ensure the accuracy of product data.

  • Support manager with special projects and ad-hoc analysis as required.

Skills for Success

Years of Related Professional Experience: 1 year of related professional experience preferred

Educational Position Requirements:

Bachelors Degree

A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

What we expect you already know:

  • Self-driven and highly motivated with a strong attention to accuracy and detail

  • Proven advanced Excel skills, specifically understanding and building complex formulae

  • Strong statistical, and analytical skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in an efficient manner

  • Ability to work effectively within a team and build positive relationships

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, in English

  • Office suite (Office 365) experience required

  • Experience with Smartsheet highly recommended
