What's in it for you:

*Hours: Shifts available:

• 12 hour shifts from 7:00am - 7:00pm / 7:00pm - 7:00am

• 5 on/5 off schedule with every other weekend

• Pay: $15.75 per hour for 7am - 7pm

$16.50 per hour for 7pm - 7am

In this role you will:

• Safety: regularly participates in observations and escalations; assists in gemba walks and Behavior Based Safety Observations

• AGV: answer basic alarms, assist in battery change

• Quality: complete floor quality checks (visual inspection, spray test, go/no-go gauge, air flow, etc.)

• Color system: change buckets and hoses; assist in color change.

• Assembly machine: load inserts; answer basic alarms; clear jams (minor stop/minor intervention, no LOTO).

• HAL: call for AGV pickup of loads

• CILTs [does not include Injection Molding Machines (IMMs)] - this role specifically focuses on the clean and inspection of auxillary and assembly machines.

• Box making/filling/taping

• Tape machine operations: tape roll change; water fill; jam clearing

• General housekeeping and cleaning

Successful candidates will possess:

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Basic computer and quality check knowledge

• On line quality checks, spray tests, unjam minor stops

• Learns and participates in Lean initiatives

• Participates in fishbone 5 Why analysis to identify root cause

• Basic hand tool skills and start/stop machine functions

• Understanding of Basic injection molding (for the purpose of identifying quality defects)
