The Manager, Digital HR Solutions will be responsible for owning one or multiple systems in the Digital HR ecosystem, primarily focused on learning digital solutions like Cornerstone (SUMMIT). This requires partnership and collaboration with the Global Services Business Solutions Leads, Global Business Process Owners (GPOs), Corporate Services, Information Technology (IT) and other key stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and shape business processes and roadmap within J&J. This individual will have responsibilities including, but not limited to, facilitating business process design sessions, supporting process analysis, creation of test scenarios and overall coordination with the HR Operations teams to ensure optimal user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong collaboration with the HR Corporate Services partners to gather business requirements and provide thought leadership to implement new features and enhance existing features for applicable digital HR solutions (Workday, SUMMIT, Workhuman, and others).

  • Responsible to manage and develop 3rd party vendor relationships to effectively drive product roadmaps

  • Partner closely with IT organization to ensure that the functional business requirements are translated to the technical design and configuration. The individual would also be responsible for Workday design components from discovery thru configuration including global impact analysis. This also includes partnering with IT on solutioning and testing out prototyped solutions.

  • Ensure Business Design documentation and requirements traceability matrix are up-to-date. Collaborate with IT to ensure all functional design and configuration documentation are in sync.

  • Manage the development of test scenarios for configuration as well as regression testing in partnership with Corporate Services/GPO and Business Solutions. Develop test scripts and coordinate testing with Regional HR operations teams.

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) to train and support HR Operations team with questions/issues during applicable events. This also includes ensuring data integrity thru audits and managing data issue escalations.

  • Supervise business design analysts in support of various GSHR Digital Solution learning capabilities.

  • Train team members and partners. Coordinate with Change and Communications and Training teams as system and process SME to provide content for change, communication, or training deliverables.

  • Lead and manage stakeholder forums (e.g., Community of Practices) as applicable.

  • Responsible for actively participating in the system communities and staying abreast of new functionality to add to J&J HR Digital roadmap

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; Advanced Degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant HRIS experience preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience either in Human Resources or HRIS role preferred.

  • Experience with Learning Digital Solutions (e.g. Cornerstone, ComplianceWire, SumTotal, etc.) required.

  • Experience with HR systems (i.e., Workday, SAP, Cornerstone) as administrator or implementation team member preferred

  • People Management experience preferred

  • Global HRIS experience preferred

  • Must have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to bridge communications with both IT and HR audiences

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence peers and build strong relationships within HR and cross-functionally

  • Strong project management, design thinking, and customer service skills

  • Experience with SaaS implementation and maintenance

  • Analytical skill set (metrics & KPIs)

  • This position has primary location in New Brunswick, NJ or Tampa, FL with up to 10% domestic and/or international travel required.
