This position will be responsible for 10-15 direct reports, mainly focused on Production Execution and accountable for Productivity, Linearity to the production plan, and implementation of the key aspects Operational Excellence in the ESS Process Area. Other responsible metrics include Work Order Start, converting WIP to SWIP, and closure of Skills Matrix Gaps.| Education / Certifications

Other Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and /or lead ACE, Quality and EH and S initiatives to drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Perform other duties as required to achieve team goals and objectives

  • Comply with and demonstrate adherence to all UTAS policies, procedures, regulations, and any required training involving EH and S, Ethics, Continuous Improvement (ACE) and Quality.

Qualification:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience in manufacturing with a proven track record of results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Continuous Improvement Manufacturing experience preferred

  • 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience in manufacturing with a proven track record of results.

  • Advanced experience with MS Excel preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree from and Accredited Institution

  • Master's Degree preferred
