JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Sales Coordinator, will assist sales teams efficiently handle routine business. In this role, you will play a key role to ensure the efficient and successful handling of our customer base while increasing customer intimacy and ensuring excellent contract and database management in a proactive and effective manner. You will quickly gain an understanding of our businesses, customers and contract management.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support the sales team with key customer activities like pricing, contract management and creating, and maintaining opportunity pipelines.
Execute commercial responsibilities including following up on customer requirements, preparing and sending contracts to customers, and sales contract documentation.
Handle data, contracts and contacts in enterprise resource management and customer relationship management systems as the functional specialist.
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Other minimum qualifications may apply
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with sales or sales support
• Business to business environment experience
• Salesforce.com experience
