Fiserv Client Tech Support - Sr Associate III in West Des Moines, Iowa

Position Description

What an outstanding Client Tech Support Representative does at Fiserv:

In this position, you will work in a dynamic and professional service environment with financial institution clients. You will provide day-to-day support answering questions and addressing complex issues. Requests for support are received via multiple channels, including telephone, email, self-service case tools and internal business partners.

You can look forward to:

  • Answering incoming client inquiries, primarily phone calls – At least 70% of time on average

  • Researching, analyzing, and resolving client issues relating to Deposits and other interfacing products

  • Interacting and working in partnership with other Fiserv departments to create a positive client experience

  • Attaining an in-depth knowledge of all products within a designated domain as well as other Fiserv products that interface

  • Can multi-task between computer applications and phone calls

  • Possesses a consultative, client-focused approach to solving problems

  • Is a focused team player and can take action during change initiatives

  • Displays consistent accuracy and attentiveness to detail without direct supervision

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Client Service role

  • Experience working in the banking or financial services environment

  • Ability to work 8am – 5pm Central time

Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Experience working with Deposit products is a plus

  • Experience resolving client calls/cases (via phone, e-mail, or case) with a positive outcome and desire to delight each customer

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality outcomes and delivering on performance targets

  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience
