Job Description:

Responsible for development of financial reporting, analytics, and otherinformation services systems to monitor results of servicing functionsperformed on Serviced for Others loans, asset loans and aggregate loanportfolios. Ensures accurate, efficient, and timely preparation of financialanalysis for all loans within the servicing portfolio on a periodic or ad hocbasis for investors and/or corporate finance. This position carries greatfinancial exposure and requires the ability to apply analytical skills andsound judgment, focusing on key areas of borrower impact, investorimpact and corporate impact to ensure accurate management andadministration of the portfolios.

  • Requires ability to read and understandlegal contracts and government regulations to manage the collateral of theinvestor and ensure servicing organization compliance.

  • Handles morecomplex and varied levels of transactions requiring subject matterexpertise in many facets of Loan Servicing and forensic accounting toresolve aged and complex transactional issues.

  • Acting as a lead in a small team of Analysts with less capacity in terms ofknowledge, skills, and abilities in executing tasks to ensure reporting,remitting, and reconciling functions are met within guidelines of thedivision as well as regulatory agencies and investors

  • Providing operational instruction, follow up on situations and ensure bankpolicy is enforced

  • Communicating to immediate Unit Manager as necessary to support unitoperations and resolve unit issues.

  • Performing related tasks as required.

REQUIRED:

  • 3-5+ years of accounting, reconciliation, investor accounting or comparablefinancial services experience

  • Proficient in all MS Office applications

  • Advanced Excel skills & usage of complex formulas

  • Strong research and analytic skills

  • Strong financial analysis and data presentation skills

  • Consistent and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
