SUMMARY OF PRIMARY FUNCTION

The Associate Product Manager balances a variety of marketing projects including developing, launching, and promoting the company’s products and services within the core markets. They are responsible for the development and management of marketing communications, market research, and new product opportunities identification and definition.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, jointly with Product Management, launch plans/strategies for new products - prepares all new related literature and brochures, videos, and all required content for a successful launch including technical documentation.

  • Conduct VOC and Net Promoter Score Surveys and Analysis

  • Develop Competitive and SWOT analysis

  • Conduct primary and secondary market research as needed

  • Support Strategic Planning process

  • Research, write, and develop social media, digital marketing, press release, web site content, trade show graphics and other marketing materials

  • Responsible for ad design and coordination of timeline with all publications - responsible for buildup of required videos and photos library - responsible for ensuring that each one is always up to date

  • Coordinate all company trade show efforts to include development of all necessary booth structures, graphics, digital content creation, and additional related items (including apps).

  • Supports preparation and hosting (webinars) of training programs (internal and external)

  • Collaborate cross functionally with Engineering, Commercial and Finance as and when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE

  • Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or a related business degree preferred

  • Five plus (5+) years of experience in marketing communications in the industrial B2B industry (SaaS industry preferred)

  • Proven experience in:

  • New Product Development

  • New Product Launches

  • Marketing Campaigns

  • Technical Content Creation

  • Market Research

  • Digital Marketing

  • Lead Generation (online, tradeshows, campaigns) and CRM

  • Must be able to handle a variety of assignments and meet deadlines

  • Travel up to 25% of the time
